RETURNS / REFUNDS

Acústica does not currently have defined any Return or Refund policy. Each case is unique and should be analyzed by both sides. Our key words are "Customer’s Satisfaction" and if some refund claim arises, it must be carefully and critically examined so that we can deliver an opinion.

However, complaints relating to discrepancies between the Order received and delivered goods will only be accepted up to 8 days after the invoice date.
