QUALITY POLICY

Quality Policy of ACUSTICA is focused on three areas which are considered of the main importance: Customers, Employees and Society.

For each one of them, ACUSTICA is committed to the following principles:

1. Clients:

    - Ensure compliance with all contractual terms

    - Respond flexibly to requests in terms of:
    
       • Technical characteristics;
       • Deadlines;
       • Quantities,

    - Provide products with an unbeatable quality/price ratio.

2. Partners:

    -To promote participation and accountability of all partners in a process of a continuous improvement;

    - Contribute to the personal motivation of each one;


3. Society:
 
    -To collaborate actively with technology centers in order to continually develop new technologies

    - Disseminate and promote the electronic area;

    - Promote the development of the local community;

To ensure these principles our managers set and maintain inside the company a set of ongoing actions and continuously launch new targets, being the monitoring of these actions and objectives proposed by the management team always done with the Department of Quality and Quality Group.

For the development strategy of ACUSTICA, which integrates policy and quality objectives, the company intends to:

    • Maintain and strengthen the market position in terms of innovation
    • Strengthen sales to foreign markets
    • Acquire modern support production equipment
    • To strengthen the monitoring of the final customer

The Concern for Quality, which has long been accepted as a fundamental principle of the company's management certification for its Quality System in 1999, is currently in the formal expression system of quality management implemented in accordance with the standard NP EN ISO 9001:2000
